Please note that limited edition collaborations and final sale items are ineligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip provided via email.
Ship the Item
Attach the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.
Receive Your Refund
